[S]Buying Spawn-Weapons

I'll keep this simple for once...

Why not make every Ammu-Nation around San Andreas have the capability of buying spawn-weapons? If you don't feel like adding in the skull icon, at least make the "/buyweapon" command available. I don't really see why this was never implemented (perhaps there used to be plans, I don't know), but I'd like to see it.
