I am pretty sure that everybody on the server feels disappointed when they do :

Why?Because they actually can't see the source of the "dirty fountain".
You should script a huge, standing, and massive ding dong. When player does /piss, he takes off his jeans, pants, takes his ding dong in his hands, says "Oh yeah. Finally i can peacefully piss in peace". I guess we could hire Pacino to record his voice saying that? After the pissing the guy would hide his monster into the wallet and go away like nothing happened.
Also a nice joke :
*One of the guests in the hotel calls the kitchen :
-"Two tea to room two"
*Voice in the phone answers :
*"Pam param pam pam"
