Sorry I can't remember the exact date as I wasn't expecting I would need to appeal. When I was banned i went on to IRC and Joe showed me my kick history and I was told it was automatic 3 day ban. Even though I felt those past incidents were taken out of context I accepted it and hadn't tried to log in till an hour or so ago. The main reason for this appeal is to make sure my ban isn't increased for ban evading and so I can get a definite date.
