Wierd Problem

Looks like your computer is just to weak to handle GTA SA fine.

In a race you have a big big big BIG disadvantage with low FPS against a driver that has high FPS

                                                                                                                        if its weak, then what should be the solution about it?                                                                                                my inernet is pretty fast. When i play Counter Strike my fps is like 30-60fps
