That won't change anything, they would just wait 30 seconds and buy it. Or they just go to /world x and drive around there to buy all of their props.
And, you can easily withdraw and buy without dying. Even with just health. Just withdraw before you go "in"(not everyone has a Platinum account so they would have to have the money with them already).
