New Rank For CF's

so many ranks !! though i voted for yes cuz i already told this before!! 
and my question is whether the new rank above active earners or below !! ? 
if its above active earners ,, only killer and should be there as chinese prof is the fresher in CF !! what u think ?

Well yh I think it should be above as an upgrade for members, however Chinese is also a very good prop finder but as you said he is still fresh so he shouldn't get that upgrade straight away
