I'm kind of torn between the two. I kind of feel that it's fine because it's a DM server and having those around kind of gives it that "war and chaos" feel. But on the other side, as Maddo said:

That is very true, I wish the Baron required some sort of skill to shoot, but unfortunately anyone can just basically fly up behind someone and hold fire, due to the shitty auto-aim.

And making it a lame kill doesn't necessarily mean they are going to quit, unless they are stat-horny and actually care about having a lame kill on their record. The revenge menu is a good idea, so you can at least get the fags back after they M4 you to death.
