Quite a few changes are taking Place are the Training Server as we speak.
The Bomb Shop is now synched
The Cars at Base, Airport and at the Big Jump have been Completly changed:

The "/setramp" Feature has been removed Because it was annoying People.
The Gravity can from now on only be set by admins.
/v (car) has been removed, and onyl admins can spawn specfic cars due to abuse and annoyance.
The weather from now on be only set by admins.

Grove.
Car names have been re-introduced. (When you get in a car and it says the name)
The Clock in the corner has been removed because it was simply annoying.
Weather has been improved when people connect.
Animations have been improved upon selecting a skin!
