Most likely not normal for the local society you live in. And there are things that kids in your society do every day that is extremely unhealthy. It isn't wrong, it is just different.
i dont know about society you live in, but society i live in its not normal at that age to even be lifting weights.

I'm simply saying that it can't possibly be healthy at that age, and that he might be forced into this by his parents.
And having a super-hulk baby is a good way of earning money, so they might abuse him for such things

Yes, homosexuality is different. And so is being straight, bisexual or transgender. Any diversity is different, even kids with red hair.
What I am portraying is that people shouldn't be othering people based on personal choices that do not affect anyone other than themselves, which is being done here. Something is morally wrong if and only if it affects causes harm to another person, without sufficient reason. You're assuming that the parents are forcing the kid to do this, and then using that blind speculation to say the kid's situation is morally wrong. You have no evidence that this is the case and thus cannot be reasoned to be morally wrong.
The hate that is going on here is you disliking someone else based on assumptions that you cannot confirm, and me disagreeing with your actions of ignorance-based hate.
