Question about a PAL Nintendo 64

How to run a PAL Nintendo 64 in 60hz?
I need to because I can get more World Records in Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark

I think you should google that, might find an answer as it is rare question.

eh usually PAL limits your frames to 25 frames per second anywaays, wouldnt make a difference if your TV would support 60, 80, 100 Hertz

but im not sure though

25fps is all human eyes are capable of seeing xD
