Suspected Reason: evade (i think i saw it)

Is the first time after ~1 week when I want to log in and, before log in I received this stranga message that "You're banned for evade ... ". Sorry to say, but the only evade was the fact I was not logging in for a long time! IF I did something against the rules at least I should be informed in a proper manner about it to be able to not do it again! Other wise I can make the same mistake in the future. But still remain my question: When I evade if I don't know? Can be the fact that the last time when I played the server closed the connection and when I tried to log back I received a message like:~ "user already in"?
