[Complaint]
I think the current revenge menu after a lame kill is pretty bad. Because, most of the times when you get lame killed. You're probably in a fight, and therefore sprinting (using the space button). The space button also accepts your choices in menus. And with the starting/standard/first option in the revenge menu is; Forgive. Then you sometimes or as for me, mostly just get Forgive, since you wasn't ready for this lame kill.

This picture shows the current revenge menu. If I would've been sprinting there, I'd have just forgiven him, and not getting my revenge.
AFAIK this menu is here to serve a purpose of you having revenge on whoever killed you in a lame way. But if you where sprinting so you didn't even get your revenge because they're placed in a bad order. Then what's the purpose of it?
[Suggestion]
Move some of the options to other places in the menu.
I think you should have "Jail for 1 minute" as a standard, since that's better than just having them getting away with it. And move the forgive one into the middle, so you won't press that one by mistake
