I tried it once (sniping people on the ship) but i got jailed by an admin... Why do those other people don't get jailed?

Maybe no crew around or they didn't see it. Report them if they do it. If you can't see name/id, just say there's someone is sniping the ship.

As for the idea > If possible.. wait for a dev
