Suspected Reason: Haven't got a clue

As you can see in the screenshot, i was banned before I had chance to /login.
I have no idea why I was banned because I donated $15 to the server a few days ago and I was also promoted to LVP regualr a few days ago for playing over 50 hours.
The reason for my ban only said 'Ohey there'
