Perhaps, for things like cruises etc. Admins could have the abilty to extingushes a players Car flames or /flip there car (Offcourse admins would have to do it cos otherwise it would be abused 
) And It IS a 0.1 feature, Car flames can be extingushes via freezing (Thanks to Fireburn for showing me that over @ the script showroom
