Cant change my name O_o

[D44n]

I was a JOKER trial so my name was [JOKEr]D44n, but now im out of trial i cant change my name into [JOKER]D44n, my cousin spoke to maka and he said the following:

<Maka> lemme try something
<Maka> it's because we're currently working with case-insensitive nicknames
<Maka> i think you're going to have to wait for the management to drop by and change it

I'd like to enjoy my full trial tag........
So can somebody solve this problem for me?
