You don't need to download mIRC. You can allways go to [url link=http://www.sa-mp.nl/irc.html]LVP's IRC[/url]. That is if you have Java on your computer. But that one is a great way, gets connected to the two most important channels, and you can change you name from there by useing:

/msg Nuwani !changenick Laur [password] [F4L]Laur
