Random vehicle spawn script not working

I noticed that the random vehicle spawn script is not working, for example, if a Freeway is spawn, next time there will be a Sanchez and so on, but now its just same vehicle spawns in the same place always without this script. I hope you understand what this is about. tBKwtWS also noticed that Remmington doesn't spawn anymore. So yeah I hope this gets fixed asap. because export gets boring without this
