TEF a popular member? Where did you get that? (He's actually quite a nuisance...especially to me.) 
But...I've already talked to TEF about this, during which he also told me his side of the story.
TEF said he mainly kicked you for the comment that you would "go over his head" if he would kick you.
I don't completely agree with that kick and I wouldn't have done it, but I can understand why he did it.
Apart from that, TEF admitted that it was not really neccessary to start a conversation with you. But he probably can't help that, as he's a quite argumentative guy.
But next time, don't get involved when admins are talking to a player. You don't know wheather that person has already spammed of the admins in PM, adminchat or if that guy has a "past" of being a nuisance.
