Why nvidia?

Less power consumption in idle (ati is promising that PP2 works on 4850/70 since the last 5 drivers, lol)
Linux drivers
CUDA (Photoshop CS4 for example, GPU support)
PhysX
..

Worth the  11€ more. Not 30.
