SA:MP 0.2x Windows Vista Browser fix released

Fixed all my sa-mp crashes, Not only it fixes browser but servers load up faster, a lot and a lot of manor vista crashes, bugs fixed.

Also the Hosted tab is something for future I guess, when 0.2.5 comes out Something like the servers that Kye host, like beta test servers or something like that, not sure thats only rumours on sa-mp forum 

The next SAMP release will be 0.3
