Alright so, If you are in the jail, you are able to /call someone, right.
But the problem is, you can't even /hangup - It's been so annoying, i were stuck for a while with that phone animation/action. It ain't no big deal, not that important - but whatever.
/hangup in jail = "You cannot use commands blah.."
