That problem what you described Time. with 'Windows Service Message' is easy to fix, if I'm right. If you click start - run, then type "msconfig" and press enter. Then you see a lot of options like startup and services (not sure if it's exacly named like that). You can turn off many things and I thought there was also an option to turn 'Windows Service Message'.
Another tip for users who want to make there boot faster:
Go to startup at the place what I just desribed. Then you see a list and many things can turned off. You just have to check that turn the non-important things off. Good luck with it.
