None, spend the cash you would spend on a HDTV+Console on a new PC. Why the hell would you want to play slower versions of FPS games on a joypad when it looks/runs and controls better on a PC, not to mention mods and hacks (single player ones, although quite a few console games have PC style hacks for them now.)
If you already have a good PC, then buy a PS3 because most of the games that release on 360 you will be able to get on your PC at 1 point, whilst the PS3 will get games the PC will never get.
