i am also looking for the solution D:

and to make ur mouse working alt+tab and move ur mouse in backgroud 2-5 secs and get back to ingame and indeed theres chance of crashing so all i do is wait for some time (10 seconds). after that i am gettin less crashes these days.

so just be patience go get back ingame and wait for some secs to press resume
