The apostrophe s ('s) shows that something owns something else. The plural of gang, is gangs. No apostrophe.
If you wanted to say the gangs owned something (more than one gang owned something), you'd say gangs'. That's just how it is
Anyway... back ontopic. I like the list, but I think the rank should be removed. How can you rate a gang?
Instead, should be the month they formed, or something.
