I have my first movement in the Senate.
Our first bill.
First, the format for the bills of LVP, and any senator at anytime can make a bill.
The first movement is the general idea of the bill summerized.
The second movement can be another idea to vote on, or more details on the
first movement.
The bill number is a short name for the bill.
If you advertise for your bill, and you assign it number 331, then you
can advertise with "Vote YES for bill 331".
Public bills are bills that the citizens can vote for.
Private are for Senate Only.
You can attach your bills to another bill that is being voted on.
