Lol, I was going to wait for Wesley to reply, but anyway, as we explained about 8 times on IRC (lol), it would simply take to long to go through every vehicle and check which modifcations it supports, and add exceptions to that vehicle incase an admin attempts to add an invalid mod on it, and cause every player to crash ingame.
