During a Temp-Mod, Joe_Rock banned you for using rockets. I have asked him to write a statement for your appeal, and this is it:

Hello no_one,
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, however, when I was driving around, I saw that you had a rocket. So, I decided to watch you for a minute, to confirm it wasn't some sort of error, but, I still saw a rocket. After that minute had passed, I waited just a little bit more to make sure, and, since I still saw it, I decided to ban you. So, unless you have some way to explain it, I feel that you were cheating.
