Well, the basic idea for this was if two friends want to be at the same location and are far from each other, and one of them can't /tp to the other one, then /gethere would be used. Since it asks for permission, then it would be a different system.

So I say, this should have a different timer. Player B should not be prevented from using this command if Player A or B have already used /tp in the past 6 minutes.

Don't you mean they should be prevented if both of them have teleported within the six minutes? I think that's a better idea.

Or maybe I just don't get this idea at all... If so, ignore me.
