What about an island visible from LV?

And if they escape to the mainland.. back to jail?

Or some other really cool RP game. :>

Maybe they'd be teleported to the island for two minutes. If they're still on the island after two minutes, then they're teleported back to LV. If not, they're considered missing and they're free? But there should be a reason to stay on the island.. like the distance great or something.
