I don't know, I'm just sayin' it looks crappy. the 3.0 version has 3 bollards, so if you want more then put 4 or 5. Having like 10 of them looks crappy. And what's with the one side being open? 
And I think you are right Jay, I'm going to change the ship bollards in 3.0 and see if I can come up with something that works better, yet doesn't look like crap

Almost forgot: Since you extended the rail out, did you extend the ship boundary too?
