Las Venturas Playground 2.90 general documentation. Just a general overview of the new commands, minigames, property flags, etc. It will be updated when more features are added. If anybody have any comments, or feel they have a suggestion or would prefer it if something was changed, then you are welcome to reply here.

New commands

Player: /robbery     -     Starts the casino robbery game.
Player: /brief         -     Joins in the Capture the briefcase game.
Player: /rivershell   -     Joins in the rivershell game.
Player: /my           -     [char/alcohol/stats]
Player: /customtax -     Sets the airport customtax when owning the airport
Player: /taxiprice    -    Sets the taxi price per kilometer.
Player: /interest     -    Set's the interest rate for the /borrow command.
Player: /sams         -    Enables/Disables the Area 51 Sams for the owner of the property.
Player: /minigun     -     Starts/signs up for minigun madness.
Player: /lotto         -    Buys or displays information about the lottery.
Player: /map          -    Teleports to a map zone
Player: /back         -    Teleports back to the start of a map zone
Player: /vr             -    Repairs their vehicle if in a map zone.


Admin: /v [vehicle] -     [goto/fix/respawn/eject/flip/unlock/explode/colour/paintjob]
Admin: /quicktaxi    -     Teleports an admin to a quick taxi destination
Admin: /brief          -     Starts the Capture the briefcase game
Admin: /rivershell    -     Starts the rivershell game.
Admin: /chase        -     Starts the terrorist game.
Admin: /race          -     [create/edit/save/delete]
Admin: /p              -     nocaps/weaponinfo/spawninfo [on/off]

Admin: /notp          -    Shows a list of people who cannot teleport.
Admin: /forward      -    Moves the admin forward / backward.

VIP: /vip               -     Sends a message from ingame to #lvp.vip. Originally a moderator command.
VIP: /ircpm            -     Sends a personal message to a user on irc.
VIP: /my tp          -    Changes the setting which allows other players to teleport to that VIP.

New property flags



Taxi company      -      Allows free taxis, earns a percentage of money made on taxis, Can set the km price.

LV Airport           -      Allows free airport entry and can set the airport customtax.

Frisia                 -      Allows the owner to set the interest rates.   

Fort Carson        -      Restroes the owners health by 20% every 10 seconds

Area 51             -      Allows the owner to enable/disable the SAM's.

Exports of L.V     -      When owning this, you will receive a % of money from exporting cars

Shootin' Place     -      The owner gets a random weapon & some ammo every so often, and a % of spawn weapons

Police Station
         -       Owner get's 10% of money made on Wanted Levels

Ammunation       -       Owner gets 10% of money made on spawn weapons

A51 Control Lab  -       Owner gets 10% of teleports

Cluckin Bell        -     

BombShop         -        10% of money made from bombshops

Bar                   -        10% of money made on carbombs.

New minigames

Capture the briefcase
Capture the briefcase is a game that can only be started by admins, which is optional for players to join in. A random location is picked around sanandreas, in which a checkpoint appears. Every player who signs up gets respawned in a new world, with only one car, a sultan. They get a selection of new weapons with limited ammunition to help them get the briefcase. The player who successfully gets the briefcase and delivers it to the Las Venturas Airport Hangar wins $2.000.000. If you die, you are out of the minigame and drop the briefcase in your location for others to collect it.

Casino Robbery
Casino robbery consists of two teams, attackers and defenders. The goal of the attackers is to breach the casino, head down to the vault, blow the vault door off, rob the money, and then make it back out alive either by parachuting off the roof or running out the main entrance. Once they get outside, they then have to choose from a selection of vehicles to make it back to the base and escape the defenders, all within a 6 minute time limit! The goal of the defenders is to stop the attackers. They have better weapons, Armour, and ammunition. Features of the game include a team chat, dynamic colours, dynamic vehicles, and the usage of lots textdraws.

Rivershell
Based off the original SA-MP game, two teams spawn on each side of the river, and have to catch there rival teams boat, whilst defending there own. The first team to capture five of there rival boats, wins the game. The game can only be started by admins, and is optional to join. Features of rivershell include the usage of map icons, dynamic world vehicles, the usage of textdraws, and individual team colours.

Minigun Madness
Based off the popular sniper madness minigame and the extremely fun SA:MP minigame, Minigun madness is a game based off stealth, positioning, and aiming skills. Players get teleported to the K.A.C.C military fuels and have to hunt each other using stealth. Everyone is given a minigun with unlimited bullets, and with there map icon hidden, this makes it the ultimate stealth minigame! This minigame is basically exactly the same as sniper madness, only players are given a minigun instead.

Ship Team deathmatch
Yes, it's back. After finding out the bugs with the previous ship team deathmatch minigame which involved players dying the second they spawned, the bugs have been fixed and ship team deathmatch appears to be working again. Two teams, triads and mafia, spawn on opposite sides of the cargo ship, and have to hunt eachother down! Friendly fire is enabled in this minigame, making it the perfect deathmatch!


The lottery
The lottery is a game that can be found on a few different servers throughout SA:MP. Basically, every couple of minutes, 6 random numbers between 1 and 50 will generate and display on the server, along with instructions on how to purchase tickets. For every ticket you own and every number you match, you win more money! Tickets aren't free of course and do have a limit as to how many you can buy, so it is just based on luck, and how much of a gambler you truly are!




New VIP Features - Perhaps to be mentioned on the site when 2.90 is released:

- Ingame command to send a message to #lvp.vip now work for VIP's instead of moderators.
- Ingame VIP Chat: #<message> that only VIP's can use and read.
- VIP's can now reply when somebody PM's them on IRC.

Other things worth mentioning 

- All compatible vehicles will randomly spawn, with an exception of minigame vehicles
- Automatic Jailing for people who punch more than six times on the ship.
- Automatic v-allow abuse revoked if a player kills with vallow more than 3 times, and no admins are ingame.
- Area51 launches a SAM if you fly over it in world 0 and will explode on impact.
- Players will automatically receive pluspoints every 15 hours.
