Updates:
- Vehicles now spawn in the correct angle and Z height.
- Vehicles marked to not spawn randomly now don't.
- Special vehicles no longer randomly spawn.
- Minigame vehicles no longer randomly spawn.
- Randomly spawned vehicles now use the 2.90 colour scheme.
- /v goto doesn't randomly respawn the vehicle anymore
Known Bugs:
- Update: None.
