As a VIP your name changes (at least ingame) are unlimited (although I think the 1 namechange per 7 days rule remains). I'm unsure about the forums, there are no official rules really. I doubt you need to change it that often as to be denied namechanges (only one I know who had namechanges here denied is Stewie/FoCus/HyDrO etc).. 
So you don't need to worry about it, especially since I think this is your first (or perhaps second?) namechange on the forums.
