How about a new or additional gangbase? The castle at the strip is just nice imo. There are towers you can climb (-> better than the laggy tower at the gangbase) and the ammonation is pretty near to it. It also is on the strip, where most of the fights take place these days.

Some extras:
An interior exclusively for the owning gang of the gangbase.
What's in it? Some pickups and a room to chill. (teleport would have to be disabled)


Also maybe something like a border or a marked area that disables teleporting and diving on this place to keep it fair.
