Sorry, that makes no sense. The more hours you get, the more health you are allowed to have. So basically the people that are already WAY better than the new people to the server now have the unfair advantage of having more health. Not gonna work.
Also, do you have any idea the havoc that would cause on LVP? "it wasn't a fair fight, you have more health!"
