Random b*tchslaps if there are players around would fit being drunk. Also random puking if alcohollevel > 20 (which will lower your alcohol level a bit)
Some minigame drunken players could play would be nice, to make the bar a real social place. I thought of poker, but it's just impossible with the current sa-mp. Can someone think of a simple but fun multiplayer game?
