Your brother, 'foxit' has been spamming those '$' signs a lot. I've sent him a PM from DaBot saying he should not beg for money but earn his own. He ignored the PM and did it once again, I kicked him for it. He came back, first thing I see him doing, is again the '$' signs. I kick him again. Same thing happens, he comes back, does it again.

So I decided to ban him.
As you are his brother, you are banned too, that's why I banned you for ban evading. I won't count it as a day as you were ingame at that time.
