Not a fan of the not being able to talk. will just spam the chat and it will be a lot hader to determine who is using a feature of the server and who is just plain spamming.
We could also add barman/women jobs. This would give RPérs really something to entertain them. Obviously it wouldn´t need to be nessasary or else 90% of the time people wouldn´t be able to get drinks.
