Aye, it seems people like socializing and such. Maybe the bar could have its own independent chat channel -- so you'd go there and simply be able to socialize with the people at the bar, drunk whatever -- really small minigames? Not sure what can be done on SA-MP really, I guess something with menus, or even textdraw pong.

But erm, yeah. You could just go to the bar and buy a load of drinks.
