Maybe we could just lower the value of money? Cut the bank limit to $100,000,000 and then make stuff like guns cheaper, but keep the high prices on things such as teleporting and taxiing. Lower the property earnings, and introduce new ways of making money. The lottery could cost $5 for a ticket, so people wouldn't care. Bringing more realistic prices in would make things a lot more realistic in general. Just work up some kind of drug business thing also that the DMers can use and think they're gangster. Anything goes?
