Most of us agree that the bow is part of the ship, therefore part of the safe zone. I have been jailing or respawning players for shooting off of it since I was a Temp-Mod. 
You know that part near the end of the ship where you can jump off and there's a little invisible platform? You can spawn your weapons there too, but it's also not allowed to shoot from there. Also, though, I believe you get jailed if you shoot from the bow and end up killing someone. Technically, it's still part of the ship. Now, I'm not one to babysit the ship so I don't really care if it's allowed or not. Good luck with convincing everyone else, Maddolis.
