99.99% sure a false positive.
SA-MP uses some process injection which is also used by various viruses/trojans, as Kye describes here: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=6...#msg406215

Ad-Aware thinks this is some kind of trojan, and maybe some other spyware scanners.
