Here are some people (admins) saying its a fresh start I'm not saying i begged but what I'm saying it players in each others gang members ask each other for money and you know theres like one guy who has the money to give veryone. Anyways here are the quotes:
Also about the VIP thing I'm not saying that we all get 100million to start of with but thats basically it we donated to have ab tter chance ingame so we could use the :
'You'll have to pay 25% less taxes then other players.'
'A free Tec-9 Uzi with 500 round as a spawnweapon.'
'A 10% discount on other spawnweapons.'
Also when you said you worked for the money (earn money kill people) when it starts all over again everyone will start fresh so its like everybody could have the same amount of money so there will be only rich people and no poor because we'll all be working at the same level and than everyone has the chance to build up so within 2-3 months no one will really have less money than anyone else. Also when you said you killed others for money there won't be no point in killin them when they ain't worth a lot because currently spawn armour alone cost $100k so that would be an awful amount of kill to accomplish.
1 question: Do we keep our proaccounts? that goes off 2 things playtime + money so far I know your resetting money atm

Also just incase you got the idea I'm against LVP 3.0 YOUR TOTALLY WRONG!!!! One because half these donation power up things don't work till LVP 3.0 plus there will be whole new features with LVP 3.0 as I have just started playing MTA and have found out it has more cars and features itself than SA:MP.
