Well, here's the thing. Everyone better start getting use to NOT having a battle royal infront of the ship. In 3.0, if you shoot in the general direction of the ship your weapons will be disabled.
"Also the Pirate-ship handler has been completed, which makes it impossible to ship-fight or shoot at the ship."
Hence, everyone will have to move the fight down the strip a little bit. That's not to say that Jay won't put a wall around the ramp, but that's up to him of course. I feel it's pointless. Not to mention that they could still also jump over the rail onto the ship, which puts you in the same predicament.
