as Makaveli can't reply here, I'll post what he wanted to say:

Hello there Junaid. You were on IRC asking people to change your nickname for you.
You have connected to IRC, meaning you can change it yourself. All you needed to do is PM 'Nuwani'.
You however seemed to have failed to do this. You PM'ed me on IRC as you can see in the following quote.
I said, and..? Change it yourself. I also told you how to do it as you can see. You never changed your nickname and left IRC.
Then again, I went ingame today and you PM'ed me, and I saw you STILL hadn't changed it.
I admit that I shouldn't have called you a retard, and I did not mean it to be "offensive like". So I take that back and apologize.
But don't you go say that I did not help you. I told you what to do.

The Command according to THIS topic says: " /msg Nuwani !changenick (YOUR NICKNAME) (PASSWORD HERE) (NEW NICKNAME) ''
I think that was enough and explained it pretty alright too.

I also told you to go complain about me then, so you did. Good for that. (and no, I am not being sarcastic).

So try changing the nickname now. If you still don't know, Please create a topic about it in the Account Related section.

Looking at the quote he gave, he did answer you.
He, indeed, was wrong by 'asking' you such a thing. As he apologized for it, I hope we're fine.
I hope you accept his apology and can move on!
