Well, it depends in the future off the gangs.
At this moment, I don't see a real need for more gangbases.
Maybe that we could add another gangbase, but without the benefits off the "real" gangbase.
The reason why we added the gangbase in fist place was to stop the gangs asking for their own property all the time.
The second reason was to let players drive safe at the motel, when there is a gangfight (Or, even when there wasn't a gangfight it was dangerous)
So no need for an extra gangbase at this moment, maybe later.
