to maby driveby's? what does that mean? i know for sure, me and my mate shizzle were playing. i owned some properties. then my mother called for dinner. i didn't want to lose my properties, so i went into the bank. i was standing in the bank, put my game at pauze and i switched from samp to msn. my computer was standing at my desktop and samp was runnig at the background. when i came back i was banned 
i don't understand it.

That is a known bug. Because you where paused en switched to the desktop.
