[unbanned] I got the second ban !! Why??

yes i would explain you, but what do i have to explain , i understand now what you mean, but what can i explain about it, i know the moment you mean, you teleported to me on the roof, i was shooting on you and then i stepped in the helicopter en moved, but what can i explain about the sniper, maybe was shooting with tec 9 , but don.t think so because on the roof i only shoot with sniper,  but do you understand what i try to say, i take money from bank , then buy waepons en armor, and after that i get banned, what can i explain about my waepons??!!?!?!

i really hate cheeters, so when i think somebody play's not fair i report it immedialety, what can i explain more than say:

-check the bank logs
-check the waepons i bought
-check the pm logs to admins about cheaters

can't you see the screenshots back from it?

this is the second time having a ban for doing nothing wrong
if you unban me i go to the same store buy a sniper and let you see how i'm shooting!!
My english is not so good and every time i have to sit a lot of time for giving an answer for something which is not my fault, please help me to solve this problem?
